How to Shop
While browsing the site you have immediate status on availability. If an item is in stock you will be able to add to your cart. If the item is on backorder the availability date will be displayed. You can order that item on backorder and we won't charge you until shipment. SHIPPING: After you have added items to your cart you can get an immediate shipping quote in the shopping cart.
We offer PayPal as well as VISA, MasterCard and AMEX for your convenience. We do collect sales tax for all orders shipped to a NY address. In the event of a drop ship from a vendor such as Brembo or StopTech we must collect local sales tax on orders shipped within the same state as you and the vendor. We will notify you if this is the case.

Tracking
For items shipped out of our warehouse in Victor, NY you will get an e-mail from ups.com the evening of your shipment if you have provided an e-mail address. You can also check for status on the website here using the Order Status or My Account features.

Terms and Conditions (Retail Customers)
We at Stratmosphere are here to serve you and insure your satisfaction for life. However, we do have some terms and conditions that you must be aware of...
Buyers Remorse- Sometimes the product you purchase just isn't what you wanted. If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 15 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 15 days. If the package is returned to Stratmosphere you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.
- Initial and return shipping will not be refunded unless products have been found to be defective.
- Returns will NOT be accepted without direct Stratmosphere approval and instructions. Returns but be sent with a Stratmosphere "RA" (return authorization) number with your Credit Card number and EXP date enclosed with your name and address. All returns must be insured by the customer and be received by Stratmosphere within 10 days of issuance of RA number.
- All international sales are final.
Group Buys- Stratmosphere does not support Group Buys through other dealers or agents, ever. If there would ever be any type of Group Buy, it is directly through Stratmosphere.
Warranty and limitation of liability
- Warranty is offered by the manufacturer, NOT Stratmosphere. Stratmosphere will assist you to obtain warranty coverage for your purchases.
- Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts supplied that fail because of a defect in materials or workmanship. Warranty expressly does not cover replacement labor, diagnostic expenses, inspection, shipping costs, etc.
- Original receipts are required for warranty repair.
- Warranty is in effect only for the original purchaser.
- Modification of any product in any way will void all warranties and ability the to return any item. This would include (not a comprehensive list) grinding, welding, cutting, bending, etc. any product.
- Downpipes and cats warranty from Milltek Sport: Due to the offroad/race nature of these components Milltek does not offer any warranty on these products. Modification or replacement/alteration of cats on any vehicle is done at the owner's discretion and is potentially illegal for road use. Please check your local laws regarding these modifications and proceed at your own risk.
Chips and ECUs
- All sales of chips, software and/or ECUs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
New Car Warranties and Use of "Aftermarket" Parts
- Stratmosphere does not imply that your new car warranty will remain in effect. However, several Federal statutes are in place to protect you. You can read them at the following site. Please type in the search word "warranty" when you get there. http://www.sema.org/
Brake Kits
- Wheel fit is the responsibility of the PURCHASER. Refunds will not be provided due to fit issues after installation. Uninstalled kits may be returned for a refund if they were not custom-ordered according the the other conditions on this page.
Typos
- We do the best we can at Stratmosphere. If we have a typo in a description or price we will contact you as soon as possible. We will NOT honor descriptions or prices that were unintentionally incorrect.
Terms and Conditions (Wholesale)
- All sales are final and non-returnable for any reason. All manufacturers warranties are in full effect and we will do our best to support those warranties.
- It is assumed all products will be fully checked for quantity and correctness prior to any installation, which is normal professional procedure.
- Any transit damage claims must be made immediately upon receipt and noted with the carrier. Inspect your shipments immediately upon receipt.
- We do not reimburse or cover in any way labor, shipping or any other expense for any reason.
