All of our exhausts are envisioned, designed, tested and developed by Stratmosphere here in Victor, NY. Our first entry to the market is comprised of 100% USA materials, manufactured in our new facility by our staff especially for you. Our first offering is an exciting Mk2 Mini Cooper S Coupe catback exhaust.

We are now offering systems for Audi, VW and BMW at price points that will crush the competition while at the same time offering the very best product you can find on the market. There is no compromise in design, tolerance or any aspect of our systems. They are dialed-in beyond anything ever seen yet to date.

NEW Flashpoint exhausts by Stratmosphere for the Audi A4 and S4

We now offer a large array of exhaust options for your B6/B7 A4 2.0T 6-Speed and Automatic (not pictured) and B6/B7 S4 with stunning sound, looks and workmanship. 2.0T 6-speed A4 cars that have a DUAL tip (one on each side) can be converted to QUAD (two on each side) with a simple snap-valance swap from the Audi dealer. You get dialed-in fitment with hand-finished components by the builder topped off by double-chrome stainless Stratmosphere tips. This system is extremely easy to fit very quickly and behaves with a sound that everyone will enjoy. Systems are fully stainless inside and out and have been tested and verified at our USA headquarters.

Stratmosphere Mk2 Mini Cooper S Coupe Catback Exhaust (2007-on)

This sport exhaust system is designed from the ground up for performance simplicity and unparalleled aesthetics. Our design goal was to utilize the maximum pipe diameter possible, 2.75", while at the same time capturing the aural excitement of the earlier supercharged Mk 1 Cooper S.

We have taken care along the entire system to insure the most free flow possible. Over 10 prototypes were built and tested on the way to our final product. Dual exit tips are fed by a custom hand-built separator with optimal flow angles for maximum flow and powerful sound. Solid hand polished dual 80mm stainless tips finish off the system incorporating "ghosted" Stratmosphere logos on each tip.

This exhaust has been punished during testing with over 50 track hours on a modified CSL M3. You get deep sound with real muscle and an exclusive look to match. Fits directly onto all factory parts. Our design and production toolset:

To bring you the finest products we have partnered with a fine group of development and production companies. We are outfitted with a cutting-edge SolidWorks workstation for the greatest precision possible along with FEA capabilities to insure long-term performance and safety.

Our new development and production facility includes a CAD-driven state-of-the-art stainless steel mandrel bender from our friends at Baileigh Industrial. This permits us nearly limitless design creativity in terms of exhaust and intake tubing. Doringer has supplied our cold saw that is used to make super-clean cuts in any size tubing that we need.

Our resident welder comes from a background of precision bicycle frame design and assembly. His tools of choice come from Miller. We have the latest in TIG and MIG welders from Miller along with a Plasma cutter for quick work during development.

In order to insure that we have all the tools needed to prototype parts on the fly, we have a lathe and CAD-driven mill all from Grizzly Industrial.
