Terms and Conditions (Retail Customers)

We are Stratmosphere are here to serve you and insure your satisfaction for life. However, we do have some terms and conditions that you must be aware of...

Buyers Remorse

bulletSometimes the product you purchase just isn't what you wanted. We will cheerfully provide a full refund in most cases within the first 15 days (exception is "Chips and ECUs", see below). Product must be unused in it's original packaging in re-sellable new condition to be considered for a refund or full credit.
bulletA 10% restocking fee may be charged for "normal" returned items at Stratmosphere's discretion depending upon circumstance.
bulletA 20% restocking fee may be charged for cancelled special orders and/or kits(brakes, mats, car covers and others deemed by Stratmosphere).
bulletItems that have been installed are non-returnable.
bulletInitial and return shipping will not be refunded unless products have been found to be defective.
bulletAll Clutch kits are custom made to order and therefore final sale, non-returnable.
bulletReturns will NOT be accepted without direct Stratmosphere approval and instructions. Returns but be sent with a Stratmosphere "RA" (return authorization) number with your Credit Card number and EXP date enclosed with your name and address. All returns must be insured by the customer and be received by Stratmosphere within 10 days of issuance of RA number.

Group Buys

bulletStratmosphere does not support Group Buys through other dealers or agents, ever. If there would ever be any type of Group Buy, it is directly through Stratmosphere.

Warranty and limitation of liability

bulletWarranty is offered by the manufacturer, NOT Stratmosphere. Stratmosphere will assist you to obtain warranty coverage for your purchases.
bulletWarranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts supplied that fail because of a defect in materials or workmanship. Warranty expressly does not cover replacement labor, diagnostic expenses, inspection, shipping costs, etc.
bulletOriginal receipts are required for warranty repair.
bulletWarranty is in effect only for the original purchaser.
bulletModification of any product in any way will void all warranties and ability the to return any item. This would include (not a comprehensive list) grinding, welding, cutting, bending, etc. any product.
bulletDownpipes and cats warranty from Milltek Sport. Limited warranty period of 45 days from date of purchase. Warranty void if not installed with performance catback exhaust, OEM exhaust not acceptable. This limited warranty provided by Milltek is due to the nature of many variables including differing gasoline, differing tuning programs, continuous track use, intakes and other items.

Chips and ECUs

bulletAll sales of chips, software and/or ECUs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

New Car Warranties and Use of "Aftermarket" Parts

bulletStratmosphere does not imply that your new car warranty will remain in effect. However, several Federal statutes are in place to protect you. You can read them at the following site. Please type in the search word "warranty" when you get there. http://www.sema.org/

Brake Kits

bulletWheel fit is the responsibility of the PURCHASER. Refunds will not be provided due to fit issues after installation. Uninstalled kits may be returned for a refund if they were not custom-ordered according the the other conditions on this page.

Typos

bulletWe do the best we can at Stratmosphere. If we have a typo in a description or price we will contact you as soon as possible. We will NOT honor descriptions or prices that were unintentionally incorrect.

 

  Terms and Conditions (Wholesale)

bulletAll sales are final and non-returnable for any reason. All manufacturers warranties are in full effect and we will do our best to support those warranties.
bulletIt is assumed all products will be fully checked for quantity and correctness prior to any installation, which is normal professional procedure.
bulletAny transit damage claims must be made immediately upon receipt and noted with the carrier. Inspect your shipments immediately upon receipt.
bulletWe do not reimburse or cover in any way labor, shipping or any other expense for any reason.
